The Player's right to withdraw any remaining balance is not affected by dormancy status.

aw999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account — with or without prior notice — where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform or other Players.
You may request closure of your aw999 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be refunded to your designated PKR payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification requirements having been fulfilled. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.
Following account closure — whether initiated by you or by aw999 — these Terms continue to apply to the extent necessary to enforce rights accrued prior to closure, including any outstanding liability owed by either party.
